Dan Grading prep Registrations close tomorrow at 6pm!

Are you planning on dan grading in the next year or two?

Do you want to improve your basics and your kata? 

The first part of the class will focus on the khion aspect of the grading where you’ll work on the various combinations with a focus on kimae, timing and power, as well as correct kicking technique, where applicable. You’ll transfer this knowledge  across to kata movements and sequences where you’ll be working on a compulsory kata, and your choice kata.
