Brown and black belts shake off that Christmas inertia and ease yourself back into training for the first USKFI course of 2025 with Sensei David Royle and Sensei Michael Sherlock.

Black belts, will focus on khion techniques and linking these with finer details of kata in order to improve your overall understanding and execution of kata.
